Our District
We have 7 groups across the district, 2 district explorer units and a network unit. We currently have over 500 youth members within the district and around 200 adult volunteers supporting our members.

We believe that we could significantly increase our membership with more volunteers who could spare us the time. Volunteering is #goodforyou as not only does it give you that warm fuzzy feeling, but it gets you out and about, is good for your mental wellbeing and lets you help mould young peoples lives.

About our Group
1st Flintham is a very popular group, with a Beaver Section, a Cub Section and a Scout Section.

Whilst the group has the smallest hall in the district, it will often use the village hall opposite when more space is required. The group also have a huge outdoor field with a substantial covered area, allowing the members to benefit from wide open spaces and a variety of different activities and experiences.

Their current Group Scout Leader is Tracey Davies, who is backed up by a dedicated group of leaders, helpers and supporters.
